Module Registration

Here you can find out about all the deadlines and dates you need to bear in mind when enrolling in the modules for the upcoming semester.

Timing of Module Enrolment (Master's programmes)

  • until 15 February 2026: Re-registration for the summer semester 2026
  • 23 March (12 a.m.) - 30 March 2026 (5 p.m.): Module enrolment in TOOL
  • 31 March 2026: Transfer of module bookings from TOOL to AlmaWeb

During module enrolment

Module registration is carried out in all degree programmes for all modules and courses exclusively via TOOL.

  • 24 March 2026 (12 a.m.) - 30 March 2026 (5 p.m.)

Enrolment in modules and courses is mandatory. You are only allowed to attend courses and take the module examination if you have registered for a module and course.

Please make sure that the courses do not overlap.

Please note: These office hours apply exclusively to the modules of the Faculty of Education (starting with 05-).

Counselling hours for the Master's degree programmes

The on-site counselling hours take place at Campus Jahnallee, Marschnerstraße 29a, House 7, Room 105/106, on the following days:

  • Tuesday, 25 March 2026 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.

You do not need to register for on-site counselling.
